Forbes Media and Statista recognize The Barrett Group® as one of America’s Best Recruiting and Temporary Staffing Firms 2021.
This fifth annual award list features companies in the executive search, professional search, and temp staffing categories. The Barrett Group (www.careerchange.com) specifically received the award for Executive Search. Only the top 200 executive search firms that focus on candidates earning at least $100,000 received this ranking!
Over 26,000 nominations from survey participants in three target groups determine this recognition:
- External recruiters (e. g. headhunters, HR-consultants, staffing experts)
- HR-managers/hiring managers from companies as clients of recruiting firms (including senior personnel in charge of staffing)
- Candidates who have had experience with a recruiting firm (e. g. obtained a position)
On May 6th, Forbes Media and Statista recognized The Barrett Group as one of America’s Best Recruiting and Temporary Staffing Firms 2021 in the Executive Search category for the second consecutive year (read more here: A Two-Sided Honor).
To be nominated and selected as one of 200 executive search firms is a great honor. The ‘Best Recruiting Firms’ title reinforces our reputation as a company that provides excellent guidance to its clients.
While The Barrett Group is considered part of the ‘recruiting’ or ‘executive search’ industry, we are not a traditional recruiting firm. We are an executive career management firm. As one of our clients put it, more of a ‘reverse headhunting firm.’ The main difference is that we work for the candidate—not the employer.
