Tomasz Lisewski joined The Barrett Group after a 25-year career in global corporations. Most recently, he served as the Chief Marketing and E-commerce Officer for Royal Philips in Amsterdam. Tomasz’s experience also includes various managing director and marketing leadership positions in Philips and Kimberly-Clark in Poland, Netherlands, Russia, the UK and Austria. Tomasz holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Strathclyde, UK and master’s degree in economics from the University of Gdansk, Poland.
Leading The Barrett Group Europe enables Tomasz to live out his passion for coaching and guiding executives in Europe with their career management in a more proactive way. Tomasz helps executive clients fulfill their potential and find the best career fit. Whether helping clients navigate engagement with headhunters and executive recruiters or simply guiding them through a career change, Tomasz’s focus is always on his clients’ best interests.

Peter Irish spent the first 30 years of his career in the advertising, amusement park, consumer goods (food and hygiene products), POS and packaging, and consulting industries, building $50 to $100 million businesses for several Fortune 100 companies along the way. He has employed career change agencies successfully and repeatedly—including The Barrett Group. More recently, he has focused on the business coaching and career change industries. After six years as CEO, Peter acts today as the Chairman of The Barrett Group.
In his spare time, Peter stays fit as an active swimmer, equestrian, carpenter, author, and gardener.
Throughout his career, Scott Henderson has helped professionals think strategically about their lives. As the Chief Consulting Officer for The Barrett Group, he leads the team of career consultants in the service delivery side of the company. Before taking on his current role, he served as the Vice President of Consulting Operations, and prior to that, as the Barrett Group’s Clarity and Automation Manager.
Scott’s background in business coaching prepared him to focus on the growth, development, and success of both Barrett Group colleagues and clients. He thrives on equipping The Barrett Group’s consultants as they guide executive clients through career changes.

Dan serves as Chief Consulting Officer Emeritus and Board Member of The Barrett Group. He has led the service delivery side of our business until 2021. By bringing over forty years of business leadership experience to clients and the executive consulting team, he has built a team of amazing industry professionals who deliver world class service to our customers.
Prior to joining The Barrett Group, Dan had partnered with Fortune 100 and mid-sized companies in the talent acquisition, consumer products, retail and service sectors. Dan has served as COO, Regional Vice President, Regional Director, District Manager and Executive Recruiter. His background includes working directly for Nike, TJX, Bally, Management Recruiters International and Footlocker Inc., including Kinney and Woolworth.
Dan’s academic and industry credentials include earning an undergraduate degree in Business; completing his Business Analysis Certification from Babson Executive Education College as well as being recognized as a Certified Resume Writer by The National Résumé Writers’ Association.
Dan’s expertise as an international corporate executive, business owner, executive recruiter, career and interview preparation consultant, provides clients with an insider’s perspective for navigating a successful career change initiative.
Dan is an avid tropical fish, classic car and bonsai enthusiast. In his spare time he enjoys exploring and traveling throughout New England with his family.
Waffles P. Natusch was a successful Barrett Group client, having completed a career transition from manufacturing management to financial services, before he was recruited to join the team. Recognized for his ability to lead aggressive career marketing campaigns, Waffles quickly moved up in the organization and was promoted to Vice President after only two years with the company. He served as company president from 2005 to 2017 and, with the new management staff in place this year, his role is now VP of Client Services & Consierge. This year marks his 28th year with the firm.
Offering over 40 years of management experience, Waffles has earned a reputation for engaging the human element to advance business needs. As a founding member of The Barrett Brain Trust, the consulting team often calls on him for client advice. The mission continues: provide the highest quality of career management services to our clients while always striving to optimize the service suite, staying current with changes in the hiring process and finding the best ways to utilize the latest technology.
In his free time, Waffles enjoys working in his music studio as he is a talented musician, playing several instruments.

Rosemary (Rose) Miller serves as The Barrett Group’s Chief Financial Officer.
With more than 30 years of experience in accounting and business management, Rose’s background includes consulting and entrepreneurship. She specializes in building and automating accounting systems.
Leveraging her extensive expertise, Rose implements financial strategies and manages resources at The Barrett Group. This ultimately benefits each executive client as they navigate career changes.

Keiva Ditchfield-Agboh empowers executives with resources for successful career changes. Her background in marketing, business development, and consulting helps organizations communicate effectively internally and externally.
As Senior Social Media and Sales Support Manager for The Barrett Group, Keiva develops and facilitates communication plans and themes to ensure clear messaging and brand identity for the company. She leverages technology to drive client awareness online and engages with executives to share their success through an organic video production series.
Keiva works with the cross-functional teams at The Barrett Group to guide executives in their career management journeys. She equips The Barrett Group’s team of Senior Career Consultants with tools to help convert executives into clients who achieve optimal results. Keiva's certifications in personal development coaching and emotional intelligence enhance her ability to guide the narrative for transformative executive career changes.
Beyond corporate responsibilities, Keiva is an accomplished author, producer, and motivational speaker, inspiring others through her works. Julie Norwell brings a varied career in writing and reporting to her work with The Barrett Group. As Senior Writer and Content Manager in the Marketing Department, she uses her skills and background to provide valuable content for prospective executive job seekers and clients, alike.
Julie received her bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and her master’s from The George Washington University. She then embarked on a rewarding career which includes employment with Time Magazine and Japanese-language business magazine, Weekly Toyo Keizai. As a well-traveled and culturally knowledgeable professional, Julie offers a fresh perspective and insightful analysis on career management and related topics. Her expertise in researching, writing, and storytelling draws readers into her articles and client success stories, leaving them feeling informed and inspired.
Beyond her marketing role, Julie's contributions have expanded The Barrett Group's client offerings, including regular webinars where clients can solicit information from a rotating panel of subject matter experts. Her dedication to providing quality content continually enriches the experience clients have as they go through The Barrett Group program and navigate the challenges of career change.
Outside of work, Julie enjoys hiking, biking, running, and swimming with her family. She is also an avid reader, gardener and student of foreign languages, particularly Japanese and French.

Matt Johnson
Creative Director
Matt Johnson inspires executives looking for career changes to engage with The Barrett Group’s career management services. As the resident art director, Matt creates appealing visuals for The Barrett Group.
Matt brings an extensive background in helping audiences connect with companies. He has worked in the retail world of advertising, launched products for companies as a creative director, and formed cohesive brand messages as a copywriter, designer, and illustrator.
Using this expertise, he never settles for just one style. Instead, he infuses whimsy and sophistication to The Barrett Group’s publications including the Frontline Report, Chairman’s Blog, and monthly newsletter. Matt leverages his creativity to develop images that resonate with executives navigating job searches.
When not working on Barrett Group projects, Matt channels his creativity into abstract floral paintings, submissions for typography publications, and poetic writing prompts.
Julie Mathern’s career has centered primarily on developing leaders. Her background includes more than 25 years of marketing, strategic, and organizational management experience in the public and private sectors. This experience provides a solid foundation to her role as the Executive Career Consultant & Process, Training, and Certification Manager for The Barrett Group. Always looking to improve quality and productivity, Julie develops training curriculum and technology solutions to improve the delivery of Barrett Group services.
In addition to her management position, Julie continues to serve Barrett Group clients who are navigating career changes. While working with executives, Julie helps clients take charge of their careers and take the necessary steps to achieve their goals. She guides clients through a personal branding process and advises them on creating a full internet presence.

Outside of her work as an Automation Specialist, Christine enjoys adventurous activities like scuba diving and skydiving in different travel destinations.
Stacy Ballinger-Moles brings diverse experiences to her role as Director of Operations with The Barrett Group. She has extensive knowledge in the full realm of career development and educational programming. Her background includes initial research into best practices for career management as well as staff supervision, communications, and partnership development with business entities and community organizations. Stacy has worked with international organizations as well as small business owners.
Stacy offers clients innovative and effective career and professional development strategies. She is skilled in working with executives from a variety of backgrounds within international settings. Her career management background includes strengths assessments, one-to-one counseling, resume critiques, and mock interviewing role playing.

Christina Simpson is a Warwick, Rhode Island native who started her career at The Barrett Group began while doing an internship at the company. Her skill set and work ethic became apparent and was offered a position as Administrative Assistant. She was then promoted to Research Coordinator and now is the Senior Research Analyst for The Barrett Group and is an invaluable asset for client fulfillment and satisfaction.
In this position, she artfully services clients by preforming valuable background information on companies, executives, financials, private equity and Hedge Fund Company and contact information. She does reviews on companies for our clients, investigating who is what position at which company, creating a virtual snapshot of any company a client may be interested in. Christina also does published market searches along with cost of living and salary research. She also researches appropriate recruiter information and delivers interview preparation research.
Christina’s favorite job is raising her precious son Li’l Man Raymond.
Lucy Beardsley believes the effective use of communication and relationship management skills can influence outcomes. She implements this approach in her work with the Operations Team at The Barrett Group, helping executive clients achieve success in their career change journey.
Lucy has more than 19 years of experience working within key operational roles in both public and private sectors. At The Barrett Group, Lucy brings her background in compliance, operational planning, and relationship management skills to provide clients with career management support.
Her goal is to ensure that executive job seekers who work with The Barrett Group have a positive, enriching experience. Lucy’s focus on continuous improvement and development is her key to success, and she implements this focus alongside the rest of the career management team at The Barrett Group.
Carly Fuller brings over 20 years of experience to her role in Telemarketing Support with The Barrett Group. Carly’s previous roles include sales, administration, customer service, training, and management. These wide-ranging experiences helped her learn to adapt to various situations and identify solutions.
Carly uses her strong work ethic and professional approach to serve the team at The Barrett Group with detail-oriented processes. She is dedicated to helping ensure executive clients receive the career management guidance they need.
When she is not serving clients or team members from The Barrett Group, she enjoys curling up with a good book or practicing yoga.
Julie Pearson uses her administrative skills to connect leaders with opportunities. As a member of Telemarketing Support for The Barrett Group, she ensures that each executive client has access to the tools they need for a successful career change.
Julie specializes in details, and she honed her skills with a 19-year career in a premier accounting firm. Her background includes creating proposals and editing, formatting, and organizing all types of documents.
Most recently, Julie transitioned into a role which allows her to communicate regularly with potential Barrett Group clients and help them with career management. She also assists clients with resume formatting.
In her free time, Julie enjoys visiting her family on the East Coast of the United States.

Stacie managed, trained, and coached both front-line and professional leaders from various backgrounds and experience levels.
Stacie provides Clarity Coaching using her business and executive coaching expertise to help The Barrett Group (TBG) clients begin their career management journey. Through Clarity, she equips business leaders with strategies to overcome guilt, manage overwhelm, and build fulfilling careers. She has been a certified business coach since 2017, working with leaders across a range of industries.
