1. Joan Sebring: Client D. lands in just five weeks at a digital corporation as Global Client Executive. Initial offer was $205K base + bonus + $15K equity + 4 weeks’ vacation; this was negotiated to $205K +$25K and 6 month guaranteed bonus +$15K equity + 5 weeks’ vacation. We are still working through Phase 1 material to ensure he has complete knowledge of our assessment info. He found the opportunity through Human Capital.
2. Joan Sebring: Client M. lands six weeks from orientation! The position is at a medical billing company where he will serve as General Manager. Comp came in at $100K base, $10K sign on bonus.
3. Barbara Limmer: Client S. accepts the offer from a developing company for the COO opening. His previous role was SVP/Managing Director.
4. George Schulz: Client W. is the new VP of Business Development for a roofing company. This is in the construction sector. He lands this one through UNP1 – Social Capital. He had been Area Manager for a manufacturing company in the Retail & Consumer Durables sector.
5. Ramesh Shivakumaran: Client M. accepts an offer from a snack company. He will be their new Sales Director and he is hopping from Manufacturing to the Restaurants, Food & Beverage industry. Ramesh notes, “M. was excited to inform me that, based on our coaching methodology, he managed to enhance the initial offer by $24K per annum on a performance-linked review with a total annual package of $180K plus benefits. M. landed his desired role in his preferred location less than six months after joining TBG’s program.” This one was from UNP1- Human Capital.
6. Lori Chevalier: Client K. accepts an offer from a brewing company. (We’ve had a decent number of clients from the beer/liquor industry over the past few years.) He had been director of a business development company.
7. Anne Lipsitz: Client G. accepts as sales director for an energy company.
8. Vivek Agarwal: Client V. lands in two months at a motor company. The role is of Manager of Body Automation. He was previously Senior Manager Manufacturing Engineering in the Automotive sector. Comp was sweetened from $170K base to $175K, $18K annual bonus, $20K sign on bonus, full relocation coverage.
9. Asli Bilgin: Client S. accepts the offer from an embassy as Senior Advisor of Public Policy and Affairs. She was previously an Executive Advisor for a research company. Initial offer €4,000 net per month, final €4,200 net per month. The verbal offer was made, but as this is a government entity, the security check took very long. S. negotiated the elements of the contract and will be signing it this week.

Here’s the lowdown: she was CHRO for [her previous employer] until an hour before our meeting last Tuesday, when she got fired “for cause” by the CEO. On Friday, the VP Finance called her to make the offer, saying “You are our person!” Offer came in at $240K base, 15% bonus, rich benefit package, from UNP1.
