1. Rob Wicker had 3 clients who accepted offers.
-First, Client T. lands as Head of Finance at a tech company. The previous comp was $150K. And the new comp is $255K + a $25K signing bonus, short- and long-term incentive plan.
-Next, Client R. lands a new deal at a machining company as COO. Previously, R. worked as Senior Director / Head of Shared Services NA Sales in the IT industry. “R. was a great client with a lot to offer a new company. She was very consistent with her activity and has really grown her relationships and connections.” Score one more for UNP1, to the tune of $200K + bonus.
-Also, Client J. is now a coach for his new business coaching franchise. He made the move just one month into the program. And he had been in the Finance & Financial Services industry as AVP, IT Infrastructure. He learned of the business opportunity through UNP1.

2. Isabelita Castilho also had 3 clients accept offers.

-First, Client S. accepts the offer from an infrastructure company for the CFO role.
-Next, Client P. lands two months into his program. He will be an Ad Hoc Consultant for a Manufacturing firm. He had been a CEO and Director at a large company.
-And finally, Client C. lands with a flight company for Manager & Country Lead. He pivots from the Engineering sector to the Airlines & Aerospace industries.
3. George Schulz: Client D. lands the partner role at a law firm. He had been self-employed as owner of a consulting firm and associated as in-house counsel with a law firm. He found the job through UNP-2, LinkedIn.
4. Asli Bilgin: Client J. closed the deal with a bank as a Business System Consultant. She remains in the Finance & Financial Services sector. She was working remotely. The offer started at $104K plus benefits – job level and negotiated up to $112K + job level higher.
5. Lori Chevalier: Client D. lands the GM job at a payroll service after extensive interviewing. The new deal came in at $300K base, $180K bonus + $50K sign-on + $600K equity, all from UNP1.
