What Happens Next
When you connect with us, we begin by reviewing your background and goals for change. If we believe our services may be a good fit for your needs, we’ll contact you to schedule a confidential, in-depth analysis of your situation.
This typically happens within one business day of your submission. Once assigned, your dedicated client selection specialist will reach out to you by both phone and email.A phone appointment will then be scheduled to explore your search parameters, qualifications, and any current job search activity. If it's determined that (1) you would clearly benefit from our support and (2) we are well-positioned to help based on our team, tools, and experience, you will be submitted for consideration as a potential client of our career management consulting program.
Your background is then reviewed by our executive team, who will design a tailored program—or combination of programs—intended to be the most effective and efficient path forward. At that point, you will receive a formal proposal outlining the recommended services, deliverables, and associated costs. We fully understand that a career transition can be financially challenging, and we strive to make our programs accessible to all who may benefit. Finally, you will have a more in-depth conversation with your client selection specialist to determine which program best aligns with your goals.
