The following are four landings that were transformational this last quarter (Q3). All were found through the unpublished market:
Congratulations to Dan Resendes and his client, T.!
T. accepted an offer from a Manufacturing company to serve as Chief Executive Officer. The final offer included a $350K base, $175K bonus, $75K relocation package, and 3% equity (moreover, T.’s offer is estimated at over $8M over 5 years).
Congratulations to Isabelita Castilho and her client P.
P. accepted an offer from an Information Technology & Services organization. P. will serve as their Chief Commercial Officer. P.’s initial offer was $275K in addition to stocks and bonuses, with the total compensation reaching over $1-1.5M USD per year with stock evaluation.

R. accepted an offer from a Venture Capital & Private Equity company to serve as a Senior Associate. R.’s final offer was over $400K. It was an increase of $29K above R.’s initial offer.

I. accepted an offer from a Utilities, Energy, and Extraction company to serve as their Regional Chief Financial Officer. I. ‘s accepted offer was over $450K, also an increase from the initial offer; this time by $75K.

A. received three offers from the following companies. All of A.’s offers were found through the Unpublished Market as well:
- From a Tech Startup to join as an Advisory Board Member.
- Also, for the position of Project Head in the Utilities, Energy, and Extraction industry with an initial offer of $350K.
- From a Telecom company for the position of Chief Business Officer. A.’s initial offer included, $375K plus a bonus and benefits.
A. received an offer of $390K from an Insurance company to serve as their Chief Financial Officer. A. found this opportunity through a third party recruiter.
Congratulations to Lori Chevalier and her client, J. as well!
Within five months, J. received an offer from an Information Technology & Services company to serve as their Director of Strategy & Operations. The initial verbal offer included a base salary of $190K, plus a 30% bonus, a $200K equity grant, relocation, 401K matching and additional benefits. Upon promotion to Senior Director, J.’s base salary will increase to $220K, with an additional $100K equity grant, relocation, 401K matching and additional benefits. This was J.’s second offer after several rounds of negotiation.

F. received an offer from an Accounting company for the position of Managing Partner. The initial offer was $350K base plus commissions, with potential earnings estimated to start around $500K. This opportunity was similarly found through the Unpublished Market.
