Jessica Brousseau

Office Manager

  Jessica Brousseau is originally from Warwick, Rhode Island and is a proud mother of a softball playing, lovely daughter.  Her career in the career consulting business has spanned over the course of eight years at The Barrett Group, in many diverse roles.  She started as an administrative assistant, rapidly rising up the ranks and culminating in the Office Manager role, servicing over 20 employees.  She has rapidly honed her financial skills and is in charge of all Human Resource functionality at The Barrett Group.  She has proved herself invaluable in cutting costs and time with her exacting of expert computer skills including Excel and Quick Books.  Her efforts have not gone unnoticed by the CFO, who has directly, heavily levied new levels of financial responsibility which she adroitly handles.   Jessica has also had prior experience in the recruiting end of the business for a period of two years.  She also assists in all levels of client services, including research and basic customer service, doing so with efficiency and respect.
