Duke brings a wealth of team-building, leadership, strategic, operational and financial experience to his role as a business coach and entrepreneur. He has worked for and with many types of businesses and organizations, including large public international corporations, public accounting and business growth firms, charitable organization boards and director of a $20,000,000+ community foundation along with many years as a controller and CFO for a multi-company manufacturer.

Throughout his career he has learned success starts with strong values, purpose and a devotion to a strategic plan. Daily execution of these values, with a strong plan, will create growth and success for your career, business or organization.

Duke has been married to Cathy since 1986, with twin sons – Matt and Ben, who are now graduated from college and 29 years old. And now is a proud grandfather to Simon, age 3. His personal passions are reading, golf and working out.
