Senior Career Consultant

Donna Mase began her career providing case management for neglected and abused children and their parents.  She then moved to Spain teaching graduate level English, as well as selling children’s apparel, returning to the United States and a new career hiring and training a sales force in the food service industry.  Ten years later found her back in child guidance, renewing her interest in the welfare and education of children as a Sales Manager for the Child Guidance division of United Educators.  She helped build the region into one of the top three in the East, making her the top sales director in the country.

Repeated managerial success, creating and developing teams, led to executive level career management.  She has been at The Barrett Group for 11 years as a senior sales consultant, helping hundreds of executives achieve their personal and financial goals.

Donna has a BA from Newton College/Boston College.
