-Client M. is now a director of marketing. Previously, he had been in the IT sector; he has transitioned to the nonprofit sector. Initial offer was $175k + $40k bonus + unlimited PTO. After negotiations was $175k + $50k bonus + $15k sign on bonus + unlimited PTO.
-Client E. had been a director for in the HR sector. He is now the owner of an inspection franchise.
-Client J. accepted an offer with an auto parts company for VPO. He had been in the retail & consumer durables sector. Offer was at $125k + $31k bonus. Final offer $140k + $31k bonus.
2. Rob Wicker’s clients N. and W. accept offers.
-Client N. landed at an oil company as a supervisor. Negotiations started at $145k and the final offer was $170k and relocations support of $20k.
-Client W. landed offer with a business operations company in consulting which she found through networking.
3. Larry DiBoni’s client S. accepted the new deal from his current company. He had been an operations manager and now he will be Senior Manager.
